Session fees range from $135-$225*
Price varies by: Length of appointment, type of service, number of people seen per session,etc. Fees will be discussed and agreed upon during initial consultation.

*Please inquire about a sliding fee scale if you need financial assistance with making private payments. You may be asked to provide proof of income.

You will need to bring your insurance card and personal ID card to the appointment. Depending on your insurance provider, you may be responsible for co-payments, or covering the costs not covered by your insurance. Co-payments are typically written on your insurance card.

*There may be additional fees for telephone conversations, letter writing, meetings, and other services provided that may not be covered under insurance.

Private Pay
If I am not enrolled as a provider with your insurance company, you will need to pay out of pocket for services. If your insurance provider provides reimbursement for out of network coverage, I am willing to provide a receipt of services rendered. To confirm your eligibility for reimbursement, you will need to call your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled counseling appointment, and/or have not notified your therapist at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment, you (not the insurance company) will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Emergencies are an exception to this policy. This applies to all services.
